Placement Delivery and Returns Policy
ManhattanRentals.com will delivery all listing services and advertising products within a reasonable time period. Website postings be activated within 24 hours after successful billing to your account. Most rental listings post within one hour of submission. If you are dissatisfied with your ManhattanRentals.com purchase send us an email at customerservice@ManhattanRentals.com If the property posted has a mistake and you notify us within 24 hours of ad placement we will refund the full amount of the rental ad purchased. ManhattanRentals.com rental property advertisement services can be cancelled at any time by emailing customerservice@ManhattanRentals.com.
